However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we are here to assist you with a fair and transparent return or refund process.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns or exchanges are accepted only under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged
- The product is defective
- An incorrect product is delivered
Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. Any request made after this time frame will not be accepted.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags, packaging, and invoices intact.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including:
- Customized or stitched products
- Discounted or sale items
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
Color variation due to screen resolution or lighting is not considered a defect.
Return Process
To initiate a return, customers must contact us via phone or email with clear images or videos showing the issue. Once the return request is reviewed and approved, further instructions will be provided.
Products sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refund Process
After the returned product is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested exchange item is unavailable, a refund will be processed as per the refund policy.
